~~"A bit more than a year ago, following a series of unfortunate events in my life, I had reached a really low point. Emotionally, mentally and physically drained, I knew that I needed to find the strength to continue living, and when I was about to give up my sister introduced me to Donessa. Donessa has helped me in a loving and compassionate manner. Her therapy

has had such a hugely positive impact on both my emotional and spiritual level.

I live in Colorado and our sessions are over the phone and I have to say because of her abilities even 1,000 miles away I am learning to identify and arrest addictive behaviors, replace negative thought patterns with positive self-talk and eliminate unhealthy behaviors and toxic people from my life. I am practicing self-love and becoming my “best self.”

I spend 15-30 minutes in the morning or evening listening to our taped sessions that uplifts me , that helps me to understand myself and that helps me everyday to live a better life. ~~"I read every self help book that I could buy off the shelf. I was searching for a feeling of stability and peace. My emotions were so erratically out of control and I felt like I was on a roller coaster ride from hell. I was so overjoyously happy and then I would crash into utter despair.

Since I started training with Donessa, I have changed. For the first time in my life I feel totally stable and able to handle anything. My life is in balance and I feel 100% supported in everything I do. I have experienced huge emotional success, success in my relationships, and financial success. sessions would completely mess up your rhythm and throw you off your losing game, so if you like that unbalanced rut
